Process

Your web site is an important part of your company's image and life. That's why it is important to build it exactly the way you need it and want it!

1. Analysis

At our first meeting we will discuss your needs, wishes, expectations and goals for the web site.

What we need to discuss is:
- what features will the web site contain;
- who are your target users;
- how your web site can help your business;
- what would be the best design approach;
- what is the budget for the web site;

It would also help if you can specify:
- several web sites you like;
- several web sites you do not like;
- sites you consider to be your competitors;

2. Requirements and planing

After the meeting we will send you a Proposal, containing the requirements for the web site, timeframe for design and development and price estimation.
This will be the perfect time to make changes in the requirements and to add new features.

3. Site layout and design

After the Proposal is accepted and the requirements and timeline are agreed upon, we will start working on the design of your web site. You will have the opportunity to choose between several design proposals. After that one or two real web pages will be created, to give you the look and feel of your future web site.

4. Development and testing

At this stage the back-end engine of the site will be developed. I'm using Object Oriented programinng, following the Model–View–Controller concept. This allows for creating clear and modular code, so new features of the web site can be easily integrated at later stage.
You will be able to test the web site and to make some fine-tunning for the features.
Your web site will be developed as search-engine-friendly so you will not need to pay more money for optimisation.

5. Site Maintenance

After the web site is finished we will provide 3 months free suport services. Usually for the first several weeks after the web site goes live some unexpected concerns may appear, especially with more complex sites. We will help you deal with them and will help you with your first steps using your new web site.

6. Site Promotion

Having a web site published online is not enough to attract visitors and clients. You will need to make it more popular and let more people know that it exists. There are several ways to achieve that - Search Engine Optimisation, submition to directories, link exchange and more.
